WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days. You will receive an email when your order has shipped with a tracking number. We ship all of our orders through USPS first class. Once your order has shipped, you should receive it in 1-5 business days.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

All of our shirts are unisex sizing and fit true to size. Please be sure you check the size chart link on the t-shirt page before ordering.

HOW ARE THE T-SHIRTS MADE?

All our our shirts are screen printed by a high quality local printer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that a return is requested no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, the item(s) are no longer eligible for returnThe customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the label cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Disciple Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Contact your local USPS to file a claim in such circumstances.

To ensure returns are promptly processed, please include the order number with your items.

Item(s) showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Disciple Designs is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following proper washing instructions. We recommend all shirts be washed cold on gentle cycle and air dried.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

After returns have been inspected for wear or use, refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase within seven business days. Please note that your bank or financial institution is ultimately responsible for crediting your account once we approve a refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We do not process online exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return your item(s) through the above process and purchase the new item(s) you would like through the site.WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our business hours are 9am-5pm central. We believe that God and family come first. For this reason, we do our best to leave early mornings and evenings free for spending time with God, family & friends. If you email us outside of business hours, we will do our best to get back to your ASAP within business hours.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

No we do not.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR BRAND AMBASSADORS?
